In Congress, James will fight to protect reproductive freedom for every American, supporting federal legislation such as the Women’s Health Protection Act to safeguard abortion rights nationwide and defending Title X funding for family planning services. He will oppose any efforts to restrict access to contraception, IVF, or other reproductive care, and will champion policies that ensure equitable access to reproductive health services for all communities, regardless of income or location. James also understands the federal government can lead on these issues, which is why he has introduced the Family Building FEHB Fairness Act to require all FEHB plans to cover IVF services, supporting family-building benefits for federal workers. |
